The mixed nut and seed cream contains 3 types of nuts and 3 seeds. It all begins with the selection of nuts: the right roasting intensity is chosen for peanuts, cashews and hazelnuts, that are then finely ground to release the addicting flavour of roasted nuts. Once the cream is ready, the sesame, chia and flax seeds are added and the result is a unique crunchiness. No further additive, sugar, aroma or salt is added, as this may alter the natural flavour of nuts and seeds.

The phase separation between oil and solids, that generally occurs a few weeks after packaging, is completely natural and proves that no emulsifiers have been used. Simply stir the product for a few seconds - making sure to reach the bottom of the jar - to get a silky, smooth cream.
