How do I become a Premium Customer?

To qualify for the status as Premium Customer, you must place a certain number of orders within one year (starting from your first order):

  1. orders for a total amount of 400€
  2. or at least 8 orders of not less than 40€

You don't have to do anything, it will be automatic. Keep on placing orders on Nuturally, once you have reached 8 orders in 12 months (amounting to at least 40€) or as soon as you spend 400€ during 12 months, you will automatically acquire the status of Premium Customer.

In order to maintain your status as Premium Customer you will have to place at least 8 orders amounting to over 40€ or orders for a total amount of over 400€ within the expiry date.

On Nuturally the year is considered dinamically. For example, if the date today is 26th November, valid orders from 27th November 2023 to 26th November 2024 are taken into account. If, within this period of time, you have placed 8 orders amounting to at least 40€ or orders for a total amount of 400€, your stauts as Premium customer will be maintained.

Yes, it is possible to use other discount codes in addition to the 10% discount that remains always valid%. Please note, the discount is not valid on products that are already on promotion.

The status as Premium Customer does have an expiry date. You can always check your status directly from your personal account on Nuturally, by clicking on “Premium Customer”. The status as Premium Customer will be valid for one year: if, at the end of the year, you have placed 8 orders of at least 40€ or orders totalling 400€, you will retain your status as Premium Customer. Otherwise, you lose the connected benefits.

No, the 10% discount is automatically entered in the cart, so the total cost is already discounted.
