This one is a peanut cream. Here’s why we don’t call it a peanut butter:

We have decided to call it peanut cream because it is made with nothing but grounded nuts (peanut cream, 100% nuts). We do not add any vegetable oils, sugars or sweeteners, salt, flavourings, emulsifiers or additives. On the contrary, the peanut butter commonly found on sale often contains sugar, emulsifiers, that are added to peanuts.
History
The roasted peanuts are finely ground to allow the oils naturally present in the raw material to mix perfectly with the dry part. A cream with a smooth texture and a classic roasted note.
