In this section, you can exercise your right of withdrawal from your order in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of delivery for non-perishable products whose packaging remains unopened.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, via the same payment method used for the purchase, subject to verification that the legal conditions have been met.
Once you have submitted your withdrawal request, you will receive an email confirming that your request has been received at the email address provided when you registered your account.
