This can be very confusing for customers and that’s why we, the nut experts, want to make the situation clearer. We have decided to call it mixed nut cream because it is made with nothing but grounded nuts. We do not add any vegetable oils, sugars or sweeteners, salt, flavourings, emulsifiers nor additives.

We have entrusted the creation of the mixed nut cream to our team of trained testers here at Nuturally, to obtain the perfect union of the best almonds, hazelnuts, and peanuts. Our aim is to produce a nut cream without adding anything else but simplicity and passion. First, we roast hazelnuts and peanuts: nuts are skillfully roasted according to specific parameters set by our expert roasters, who are true nut lovers. From this moment on, nuts release all their intense aroma. Then we set the perfect grinding time to enhance the nuts texture: pure spreadable nuts. Once it’s made, our mixed nut cream with peeled almonds, hazelnuts, and peanuts is packed with utmost care, so that all our nut cream lovers can enjoy it.
Uses
Any oil separation is natural and does not affect the quality of the product. The phase separation between oil and solids, that generally occurs a few weeks after packaging, is completely natural and proves that no emulsifiers have been used. Simply stir the product for a few seconds - making sure to reach the bottom of the jar - to get a silky, smooth cream.
