Being nut experts, we select the best pecan nuts with respect for our supply chain.
The first step is roasting: our pecan nuts are skillfully roasted according to specific parameters set by our expert roasters, who are true nut lovers. From this moment on, pecan nuts release all their intense aroma, typical of roasted pecan nuts.
Then we set the perfect grinding time to enhance pecan nuts' texture: pure spreadable nuts. Once it’s made, our pecan cream is packed with utmost care, so that all our nut cream lovers can enjoy it.

Roasted pecan cream is ideal for different preparations, such as:

- as an ingredient in sweet recipes (pancakes, crepes and ice cream).
QUALITY NOTE:
Any oil separation is natural and does not affect the quality of the product. The phase separation between oil and solids, that generally occurs a few weeks after packaging, is completely natural and proves that no emulsifiers have been used. Simply stir the product for a few seconds - making sure to reach the bottom of the jar - to get a silky, smooth cream.
